The Bob & Dolores Hope Foundation Fund for Critical Financial Assistance

We've teamed up with the Bob & Dolores Hope Foundation to provide military and veteran caregivers with financial relief grants to get them back on track.

"Your support and generosity have saved my life. The cliché 'it's not about the money' is overstated in our nation, it is about what our beloved veterans lives stand for. Integrity, keeping one's word, honor, dignity, and respect. This set of values is what this Foundation stands for. In 19 days it will be the anniversary of my husband's death. On my birthday, I opened his life insurance policy. He died 7 weeks before its maturity date. I called for help and was told to contact EDF. Fighting shock and tears, I applied [for the Hope Fund]. I explained our journey of lost equity, how we started over and got great jobs, how we became workaholics to restore our credit and use it wisely. They believed me, they granted me $2,500 immediately. I only had one debt, and the company refused the grant. EDF never gave up. I grew sick and heavily grieving. They wrote, called, emailed, and responded each month. Their determination and faith helped me know I had people fighting for me. I went without heat, food, and necessities to make my payments and they never gave up.
