Abigail Haigh
Abigail is the dedicated Face the Fight Coalition Manager, driving a coalition of corporations, foundations, nonprofits, and government entities to advance impactful initiatives for veteran suicide prevention and the destigmatization of seeking help within the military and veteran communities. Abi has consistently delivered results, drawing from her extensive experience as Senior Program Coordinator at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where she played a crucial role in enhancing the foundation’s mission. She excelled in managing complex communication strategies with caregivers, overseeing the logistics of the Dole Caregiver Fellows program and Respite Relief program, and providing vital administrative support.
Before joining the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Abigail gained deep insights into veterans’ affairs and defense policy at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where her research and analytical acumen proved indispensable to clients and peers. A native of Portland, Maine, Abigail graduated from Pennsylvania State University with dual degrees in International Politics and African Studies, demonstrating a strong foundation in global and strategic perspectives. Her commitment to the military is personal and profound, rooted in a family tradition of service with both parents having served in the U.S. Coast Guard, and her husband actively serving in the U.S. Air Force.
