Aspen Bergmann

Aspen serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation. Passionate about fostering collaborative solutions, she helps lead key initiatives such as the Face the Fight Coalition and the Campaign for Inclusive Care. She specializes in relationship building, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking to improve the lives military and veteran families. Prior to joining the Foundation, Aspen served in several roles at the National Military Family Association, most recently leading Strategic Impact. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky.  

Originally from north Alabama, Aspen has spent longer than she would like to admit following her active-duty Army officer husband around the country. They live in northern Virginia with their two children and two cats.
