Lisell (Perez-Rogers) Pacheco
Lisell serves as the Senior Director of Programs for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation. In this role she oversees the Foundation’s services and initiatives that facilitate individual, family, and system level change for military and veteran caregivers by engaging families, community partners, and health care organizations. Prior to serving as the Senior Director of Programs, Lisell led the Foundation’s clinical training offerings and the development of the Foundation’s mental wellness program.
Before joining the Elizabeth Dole Foundation in April 2021, Lisell worked in the mental health field, serving as a residential counselor at a children’s hospital and as a mental health counselor at a university counseling center. Prior to pursuing clinical training, Lisell worked at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), where she served as the Research and Training Coordinator followed by the Grants and Research Program Manager.
Originally from Woodstock, New York, Lisell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from American University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She now resides in New Hampshire with her husband, cat, and dog.
